Our Art Selection Committee's process began with encouraging the community to consider the potential for Public Art at this significant place. We want to listen to what you think about possible themes, impressions and to your dreams of what can happen here. We want to understand what this greenspace can mean to you and what it can mean to our town. This is your chance to help Fairbanks explain itself!

Your concepts will guide us in preparing our Request for Proposals which will then be the basis of our search for Public Art. Our RFP will reference your opinions to present a sense of Fairbanks and provide a perspective. The RFP will focus and inspire the imaginations of the responding artists. Your ideas will help generate the original artwork that we seek.
